Gratitudes...
I have always firmly believed in expressing and showing appreciation. Those that
know me well, know that this is a big part of who I am. I have always believed
in the depths of my soul that showing gratitude and kindness sends an energy of
love and appreciation that would otherwise be lost if not said. And for me, love
and compassion are the most important things for living, growing and
flourishing. So I must give thanks, I must put it out to the world, my deep love
and gratitude:
- To Grandpa Tan - for your deep spiritual guidance, deep love, support and
encouragement, and your spiritual presence in my life. I know you are still with
me.
- To Grandpa Cheng - for you unwavering support, unconditional love and
encouragement, and the grace of your presence in my life growing up. I know you
are still with me.
- To Grandma Hap and Qin - the fullness of your love is so special and endearing,
I cannot imagine how I would I survive without it.
- To my parents - for your undying support for me, encouragement, and love. I
deeply value your presence in my life.
- To my brother - my kin - a spirit I love to share the commonality of life and
laughter with, who loves, understands and supports me unconditionally, and
always with deep faith.
- To my partner - my friend and Yang spirit - for your loyal and devoted love and
companionship. Our shared joys in life are more special than anything else.
- To my kindred spirits - you know who you are - for all that you are, all that
you share with me, and your joy, support and love which makes life that much
fuller.
- To my extended family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances and even casual encounters - for the
support, joy and nudges on my life's path.
- To my patients - thank you for allowing me to be your guide on your pathway back
to health. I love what I do, and I love helping you all.
- To the Higher Power that guides us all - thank you for leading me, in this full
life of mine, and guiding me to work with one of my passions. Thank you for
giving me the light in this life, and reminding me to be true to myself.
As the XIV Dalai Lama says, "My religion is love and compassion."
Love to you all
THANK YOU
Be Well.
